The Clients Specification was for a large spacious family home with a loft that gave them views back to the city and to work with their block.  The design has exceeded thier expectations with 3 spacious rooms a 4th room / kids activity space, and study nook. The deisgned to work with the block and the landscaping to suit the clients lifestyle brief and budget, the Loft space adds another dimension and will provide magnificent views back to the city.
